About the Author

Seth Penn is the Regional Manager and the Director of Training and Development at a national truck dealership in Kansas City. With a life devoted to success, sales and the pursuit of the next great adventure, his career has led him down a path where his greatest passion is seeing success in others.

Seth has been happily married to his wife Desirea for more than 15 years and they have three beautiful daughters, Eymbrie, Emilee and Haylee.
